Remler 42 (1936)
(wood tube table radio)

Remler 42 (1936)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This rare model was made in 1936. The cabinetry is just beautiful and very well done. You just don't see book matched veneer on table radios very often. The dials are reproductions that match the originals. The balance of the set is all original including finish, knobs and grille cloth. The overall condition is amazing especially the chassis. It has never had a spot of corrosion or discoloration. The factory paint has bright color with only a few chips. I've never seen a chassis this clean and bright after over 75 years. It has been serviced and sounds great with a large 8" speaker. The AM band works perfectly, but I didn't get any short wave reception. 14"W x 10"H x 6-1/2"D.
