There are a number of variations using the tulip grille. They are all hard to find, but the model 88 with a window dial is a rare find. This one has some age cracks as shown, but retains the original finish and overall displays very well. This 1932 radio is an eight-tube receiver housed in classic cabinetry. The grille cloth is an original style reproduction and the knobs are original. The chassis has been serviced including new cloth covered cord and cloth covered speaker wiring. The radio plays well. 17-1/2"H x 14"W x 8-1/2"D. |
