Gamble-Skogmo marketed appliances, TV's and radios under the Coronado private label. The radio is a rare model and probably dates from about 1941. The attractive veneer still retain a beautiful original finish. The clear dial cover looks like new. Overall the set appears to have seen little use. The chassis has been fully serviced and is very clean and complete. The radio is an amazing player with strong AM reception. I got only a few short Wave stations. The label on the back stated that an external outside wire is needed for short Wave. 15"W x 8"H x 7-1/2"D.
