Sentinel 284-I (1946)
(Bakelite tube table radio)

Sentinel 284-I (1946)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This beautiful Sentinel with off-white factory paint job is the first cousin to the same model 284 - only the "cousins" are Catalin. The chassis is the same. Yes, a truly stunning Bakelite that has its original factory paint. Of course, it's been electronically restored, tuned and aligned. It has a new glass dial scale, too. As you can see the back is in very good shape (w/antenna and ground leads) and the five tubes are strong. The tube layout is in inside the case, not on the bottom; go figure. A 10+ on the Jim Dennis Scale of Beauty! If you'd like additional pics please let me know.
