THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
A great Art Deco and seldom seen set. The birdseye maple dances in the light & it's all original, down to the knobs (original felt backings) and grille cloth, which shows a small tear in front and I don't like to replace original stuff unless necessary. The dial turns smoothly and lights up, and there's a hum. Original wood back is complete. There's a small veneer strip missing in front at top left and part of the top left side looks like it was glued back together long ago, just above the top louvre. Very nice display piece, and probably not too far away from being a nice operable radio. About 12"W x 7-1/2"H. |
