THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

There was no finer maker of radios in the 1920s-30s than Atwater Kent. They insisted on the highest caliber of technology and finest artistry in cabinet making. You are looking at one of the scarcest and most desired models. This seven-tube beauty was a fine early super-het receiver. The reception along with the sheer beauty made a real statement for all time. This is an investment quality set, with all original finish, speaker cloth, and knobs. The restoration efforts of my technician mirror the highest expectations of the most exacting collector. You will see in my photos, the immaculate chassis. His efforts included replacing all of the filters and caps with the finest available replacements. The tuner was aligned for accuracy, and a new silk/cotton power cord was added with a new Bakelite plug, for decades of safety. If you are a sophisticated collector, or wanting a sterling gift for that special collector, you can buy none better! 20"H x 15-1/2"W x 10-1/2"D.
