THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
Here is a scarce and very desirable radio. These Echophone radios have very ornate repwood grille, which make them a highly unusual and decorative looking set. The cabinet is the original finish in the finest American Walnut. The grille is perfect, and the knobs original. The speaker cloth is an accurate replacement. The radio is an very interesting set. The chassis is a seven-tube, early super-het. The circuit is so early, there is no AVC, and the radio has a toggle on the back for the distant/local setting. The radio restored very nicely, and is a fine playing set. My tech gave the chassis the full treatment and added a new silk reproduction power cord and Bakelite plug for safe use. 17-1/2"H x 14-1/2"W x 7-1/2"D. |
