Searching for the finest radios available, sometimes you simply get lucky. I stumbled across this super rare radio from Fairbanks-Morse from Indianapolis. They made this chassis to go into a console, and very few into table radios. This is a pristine example of the table model, fashioned out of the finest American Walnut. Everything is factory original, and in terrific condition. As an eight-tube model, with a highly sensitive tuning eye and the most beautiful dial ever created, this radio has everything a collector could ask for. My tech has done his very thorough restoration, and the radio sounds and performs like new. Note the fine silk power cord and Bakelite plug for your safe use. Please look at the additional photos for a nighttime picture of the dial lit. 20"W x 14"H x 12-1/2"D.
