THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This is as good as they come! The radio is one of the most pristine examples of a 75+ year old radio as you will ever find. The beautiful book matched mahogany cabinet is in perfect condition. The radio has a delicate Tenite escutcheon which shows none of the usual shrinkage or cracks. Everything is factory original and the radio has all of the paperwork, and the cleanest chassis you will ever find on a radio of this age. Note the four band and highly detailed dial with a dual tuning variable capacitor, allowing a macro/micro tuning profile. The presets(6) work perfectly, still retaining the original owners station identification. Stromberg made some of the finest radios and this model was the top of their line. My technician has done a fantastic job in his repairs adding a brand new tuning eye, new power cord and a highly accurate tuner alignment. He knew this radio was to be played and enjoyed! The radio is very large, containing a 8" speaker and a matching eight-tube chassis. 25"W x 14-1/4"H x 10-3/4"D.
