You are looking at one of the finest radios ever produced. The radio is shaped in a skyscraper design and was the flagship of the industry. Designed as a five-band receiver (three of which are currently vacant), this radio is a phenomenal AM and Shortwave receiver. The radio is massive with an eleven-tube chassis and plays from the huge cabinet using an 11-inch full range speaker. The radio sports macro/micro tuning with a shadowgraph indicating the optimal fine tuning of the channel selected. The cabinet is spectacular with a minimal amount of wear for the 83+ years, the correct accurate reproduction speaker cloth and factory knobs. The radio has been completely repaired and simply plays in the most dramatic way. Les, who in his professional repairs added a mini-jack to the circuit so you can use any modern device as an input device. Your choice of content is unlimited. Add a Bluetooth receiver and stream your content from your phone, pad computer or any other device. This radio is extremely large and heavy, so shipping will be a bit higher.
