Philco 38-12 (1938)
(wood tube table radio)

Philco 38-12 (1938)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Here's a cute little radio from the late 30s. It's a superhetrodyne with AVC. It has been fully restored and my guarantee applies. It plays loud and clear...the capacitors have been re-stuffed with fresh electrolytics and safety caps. The tubes are checked out and all paper caps have been replaced with poly film types and the resistors have been replaced as necessary. The dial cover is real glass not plastic and the escutcheon is brass. The grille cloth is new. There is about 20 feet of antenna wire that you can run. about 15 lbs packed; 12"W x 8"H x 7"D.
