Echophone S4 Cathedral (1931)
(wood tube cathedral radio)

Echophone S4 Cathedral (1931)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This Echophone Cathedral has been electronically restored. It works great and covers the broadcast (540-1700 KC) band. Note this is the six tube model: 80, 3-24, 27 & 45 output tube. It looks exactly like the Echophone S3, but that is a five tube model (lacks the 227). It has the original finish and is in fantastic condition despite being 75 years old! The nicest thing about the original finish is the two-tone look has been preserved (especially on the Lyre Grille). It is an impressive radio that would be a great addition to any collection! 17"W x 14"H x 7"D, shipping weight 32 pounds.
