| This little beauty had several of issues when I got it. It had a crack on the bottom and the clock was literally falling apart; also it had one knob missing on the clock face. I was able to stabilize the crack and it is now hardly noticeable. The clock has been replaced with a modern quartz "AA" battery type that keeps time nicely. I had no replacements for the knobs so I improvised; the two original knobs are now stored inside the radio and the new owner can locate a knob and retrofit them back on the set. The radio has had my usual complete electronic restoration and plays like new, and it still comes with my usual 30 day unconditional warranty. As you can see, the selling price reflects the repairs and I don't think you will find another for this price. |
