Zenith 807 Tombstone (1935)
(wood tube tombstone radio)

Zenith 807 Tombstone (1935)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

The lower end model of the very popular 1935 Zenith lineup, the 807 is stylish and sensitive enough to bring in even distant stations. Built around an efficient five-tube design, the set covers the AM broadcasts and 6-17 MHz on two bands. This set has been electronically restored and plays as new. The cabinet has been refinished and the grille cloth is new. There is a filled repair on the front left about midway between top and bottom, not very noticeable except on close inspection, but noted and pictured. Also the left front foot was chipped. It was just sanded down and finished. A great example from a Zenith series ever increasing in popularity among collectors. $40.00 for shipping & insurance.
