One of the things that really attracted me to Stromberg Carlson radios originally was this exact all-wood model. As featured in an incredible Ingraham cabinet, it reminds me of an art work and reflects what was happening in 1941. During the 1930's the airplane dial was all the rage; however in the 1940's we were experimenting with jets and I can see the fins of a jet motor clearly reflected here. 16"W x 9"H x 8"D. |
