Stromberg-Carlson 420H (1940)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Beautiful horizontal radio by the esteemed company Stromberg Carlson. Chassis has been recapped and aligned. New bright green tuning eye. The cabinet has been refinished and looks fantastic. The Tenite escutcheon has shrunk a bit and cracked at the bottom, not very noticeable. Has seven tubes. Has front knob to switch to factory phono connection that can be used for an iPod or any modern electronics. Has six pushbuttons. The dial glass says Frequency Modulation, but I suppose some time it had been broken and was replaced with this later dial glass. This radio does have AM broadcast and Short Wave and works very well on both. Buyer pays shipping. Weighs 25 pounds. Any questions please ask. 21-1/2"W x 12"H x 9"D.
