| Look up "Art Deco" in the dictionary and you might see a photo of this highly unusual Majestic radio. I've never been able to find any documentation on this interesting set and the perfectly preserved label inside the cabinet offers no additional clues. Majestic's byline was "Mighty Monarch of the Air" and this radio certainly captures that style. The gorgeous veneer and colorful dial, along with the striking vertical bars, will make a real statement. A prior owner treated it to a cabinet restoration and the radio plays fine with a long wire antenna. I have not inspected the electronic restoration. 16"H x 11-1/2"W x 8"D. |
