| The best thing about this radio? It's cool, round-ish and shiny black. This was built for the Gambol Dept. Stores, probably around 1960. Not a great performer, one IF stage and the antenna wire needs to be extended to get local stations, but it was too cool looking to not repair. So it has a new 12AT6 tube, all new capacitors, and has been gone through completely. A fun Retro looking piece, for basically the price of the parts! |
