Philco 37-610T "Big Bullet" (1937)
(wood tube table radio w/SW)

Philco 37-610T "Big Bullet" (1937)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This Philco radio flat out screams Art Deco! In 1937, Philco came out with five models for the 610 line: 610T (early-pictured), 610T (late), 610B (Tombstone-two versions) and the 610J (console). These five-tube, three-band (SB,SWx2) radios have great sensitivity across the dial and plenty of volume. We replaced the capacitors, checked tubes and resistors and replaced where needed. Installed a safety fuse and a period correct power cord. The grille cloth is a period correct reproduction. The knobs are all original. A factory alignment was applied, making this radio perform wonderfully! We turned the cabinet over to Gary and he stripped and refinished the beautiful maple veneer with grain filler and toners, and finished with just the right amount of lacquer, just like the factory produced them. Once again, Joe's Radio Shop does all of its work in house, restoring these beautiful radios to their original glory! 20"W x 11-1/2"H x 9"D.
