General Metal Radio (1933)
(metal tube table radio)

General Metal Radio (1933)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Here is a mystery radio that really catches the eye because of color and beautiful five-colored lighted dial (see 2nd pic). Matching bullet knobs and neat six-pointed star grille area on the top really set it off. It is a re-painted metal set in torch red color. Plays well with attached wire antenna and appears to have been recently restored. Cannot find out much about "GENERAL" and indications are that it was made by Warwick or possibly Sentinel. Rather small at 9"W x 7-3.4"H x 6"D.
