THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
Here is a great specimen of that Art Deco West Coast manufactured Jackson Bell from the 30's. It is in great condition having been recently restored and plays very well across the dial with short antenna attached. A new polarized plug has also been installed for your safety. It has been carefully refinished using correct toners & its beautiful contrasting wood tones, original knobs, speaker (Lansing), and likely grille cloth. It is a six-tuber, driven by a strong 45 plus that beautiful Cobalt Blue Arcturus tube type #124 that you can clearly see! It is ready for play & display. Very nice with clean chassis! The chassis is stamped "62-1411053" and the factory tag shows Lic #JB 24513. (also have another of same model 4 sale). Rather small as cathedrals go, about 15"H x 13"W x 8"D. |
