THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!
Too many projects so I am offering my 1945 FADA Model 1000 "Bullet" Catalin radio in popular yellow case with red highlights. The radio is unrestored. There is a new power cord and the dial turns as designed. Radio powers up but hums. The case is in original condition meaning it has not been polished but it still looks very good. The case, ring and handle have no cracks, no chips, no repairs and no tube burns. Should polish up very nicely. The dial cover is gone but you can get a new correct crystal clear one for $22 from Mark Palmquest. Obviously the knobs are not correct but they can be found from one of the many knob dealers or I imagine you can get repros. Shipping is a flat $30 anywhere in the continental USA. I accept Zelle, Venmo or mailed/emailed (scanned) checks. Radio will be expertly packed in an oversize box and mailed fully insured.
