General Electric C3300A "Peter Max" Clock Radio (1969)
(plastic transistor clock radio)

General Electric C3300A "Peter Max" Clock Radio (1969)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Hey Man! Far out! At least it was in the 60's! This is a small AM solid state clock radio from General Electric. GE commissioned Peter Max to design clocks for them in the late 60's and this was the only clock radio he did. Labeling the clock and radio in script was neat and I also thought using a finger for a pointer to stations was never done before. This radio has no cracks, chips or hairlines. It plays out fine with a good sound from the speaker on the side. The clock works quietly and keeps good time. It can also be used as an alarm. Unlike most clock radios of the day, the time can be set from the front. This would make a nice conversation piece or listen to the Beatles on it this summer! 8"W x 5-1/2"H x 5-1/2"D.
