Motorola 5C27V-1 (1958)
(Plaskon tube clock radio)

Motorola 5C27V-1 (1958)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This all-original atomic age clock radio in highly desirable lavender Plaskon case is extremely rare, especially one in a pristine cabinet with no hairlines, chips, tube burns or repairs--just a few light surface scratches you'd hardly notice from extremely light use. This five-tube clock radio is in fully working order with its clock keeping great time and the radio picking up local stations loud and clear across the AM dial. Its clock, dial, clock and dial covers, "Motorola" name across the waffle grille face, "M" embossed logo, off-white knobs, back panel, bottom label, and power cord are all original. This ultra-rare example has a low serial number and would make a great addition to any atomic or mid-century radio collection. Another great radio from my personal, smoke-free collection. Ready to play and display! About 15"W x 5-1/2"H x 5"D.
