Crosley 56TN (1946)
(wood tube table radio w/SW)

Crosley 56TN (1946)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This post-war Crosley offers the listener two bands (AM and SW) in a nice refinished wood case. The Model 56's were a very popular radio and were a solid part of Crosley's post-war lineup. This is a good example of this popular radio. Specifically, the wood case has been stripped and professionally lacquered. All of the electrolytic and paper capacitors have been replaced with modern equivalents. This radio has a good sound for a low priced radio of the time and works on both bands. In sum, a good little post-war Crosley wood case radio. About 13"W x 9"H x 7"D.
