This streamlined five-tube Sentinel is a truly classic design, showcased in the lavish coffee table picture book "Radios Redux" by Philip Collins. Beautiful natural finish marble swirl cabinet that is in nearly flawless condition. Featuring an upside-down mounted chassis (hence the cords coming out of the top of the backside), this is from the first year of this model's run, and it has a glass dial scale (later versions were curved plastic). A strong tested set of tubes, it has been recapped, controls cleaned/lubricated, & new line cord installed. It receives all of my local stations with its built-in loop antenna. The original back is present, with the factory two wires protruding out of two holes, one for an external antenna, the other a ground wire. 11"W x 7-1/2"H x 6-1/2"D.
