THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
This is a 1941 Zenith AM six-tube superheterodyne commonly called the toaster radio. The chassis powers an original 4-inch speaker. The cabinet is original and in great shape. This one has the original back which most of them do not. The knobs and grille cloth are original. The dial plastic is a new reproduction and looks like a white blemish on it but it is just a reflection of me taking the picture. The chassis was restored with all new electrolyte and wax capacitor replacements. All tubes tested excellent. It was cleaned lubed and aligned for peak performance and it plays great. 12"W x 8"H x 7"D. |
