THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
When I started collecting radios, I could not wait to acquire one of these classic Retro British radios. Now it's time for someone else to enjoy it. The dial glass on this set is a true piece of art with all those foreign counties printed out. It is a huge piece of beautifully swirled Bakelite. Two tone styling with tan escutcheon & matching original knobs. One small little mark on one of the back ribs, but otherwise in perfect condition. The dial glass print is also excellent. Five pushbuttons for the different wave lengths. This set requires 220V since it's British, but by using a step-up convertor, it plays great, picking up all my local AM stations. If you want me to include the convertor, it will be an additional $12, and it will add some to the shipping weight. About 12"W x 9"H x 8"D. |
