THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
This Admiral clock radio from 1953 is housed in a beautiful swirled plastic case. I must have bought at least three or four of these sets over the years in order to get a clock that works, a radio that works well, and an undamaged case, and all original knobs. They are very hard to find in undamaged condition as plastic cases from sixty plus years ago just did not survive. It seems that every one you see has some kind of cosmetic issue. This clock keeps good time, and the radio plays well, picking up all my local AM stations. This set really has that 1950's Retro look. I've done all the work for you. All you have to do is enjoy it! It's larger than it looks at about 8-1/2"W x 6-1/2"H x 3"D. |
